Vine Hydroleaves Project

Hydroponic cultivation of vine in a greenhouse used for the production of leaves with decreased carbon footprint.

The aim of this project is the investigation of the potentiality of hydroponic vine cultivation for the harvest of their leaves at least 2 times per year, through innovative hydroponic methods of cultivation, under monitored climate conditions in a greenhouse.
